Academic Excellence
With the International Upper Secondary Curriculum, the students will go through the International GCSE syllabus (2 year course) and be taught by our experienced team of teachers. Beaconhouse Newlands International School provides the IGCSE programme with the aim to prepare students to maximize their potential across a range of subjects.

Enhanced Curriculum
Although there is a strong focus on the International Academic Curriculum at this stage due to IGCSE Examinations at the end of Year 11, we still promote opportunities for holistic development. The International Academic Curriculum is enhanced with a range of activities that are on offer after school finishes. It is important that students participate and take part in as many activities as possible. As well as developing holistically, there is a great chance each student will find something they excel in and enjoy for life through our inclusive education.
We also offer the opportunity to work towards the Junior Award Scheme for Schools for younger students and the Duke of Edinburgh International Award for older students. These awards are recognized internationally and give credit and recognition for investing time in
